Foundation
Let us be the Busy Bee behind the scenes. This package provides up to 8 hours of setup and teardown labor, allowing your event to come together smoothly without the physical stress. Ideal for those who already have a plan in place and need reliable, professional support to carry it out. Additional hours and staff may be added as needed.

Includes all the benefits of our Foundation package, plus elevated planning and coordination support beginning 30 days prior to your event. One month out, we’ll meet to review logistics, coordinate with vendors, and build a detailed timeline to ensure everything flows seamlessly. On the event day, we’re on site to execute the plan, manage setup, and oversee key transitions—so every detail comes together effortlessly.

Luxury
In addition to the signature package, this package offers full-service event design, styling, and planning. Beginning 90 days prior to your event, we step in as your creative director and event planner guiding the vision, managing logistics, coordinating vendors, and executing the design from concept through completion. With on-site support for setup, event management, and teardown, every detail is thoughtfully planned and beautifully brought to life, allowing you to enjoy your event without stress.
